DAY 1 (Sunday)
Privat transfer from Lamezia Terme Airport or train stations Tropea, Vibo Valentia/Pizzo to the accommodation in the center of Tropea and check-in.
In the evening welcome dinner in a small pizzeria in the historical center of Tropea.
DAY 3 (Tuesday)
Breakfast and lesure time, lunch at your leisure.
In the afternoon, we'll go to discover the beautiful costal town of Pizzo Calabro, famous for the tartufo ice cream.
After discovering all the secrets of the making process, it's time to try this sweet sin.
Our next stop will be the picturesque small church of Piedigrotta , built directly in the rock on the beach of Pizzo.
From there we'll reach after a 15 minutes drive the winery "Cantine Benvenuto" where we will learn about the organic cultivation of the Zibibbo grapes and taste the fantastic wines.
Light fish dinner at the beachfront of Tropea.
DAY 5 (Thursday)
After breakfast we will head for Scilla, famous for swordfish and its beautiful, romantic fisherman`s village Chianalea, where boats and dinghies are pulled up between the houses.
Let`s have a walk through the narrow streets and enjoy the "Dolce vita"! After a swordfish based lunch we will drive along "Costa Viola" to an oilmill, where we will learn all about one of the best Calabrian extra virgin olive oils.
On our way back to Tropea we will visit the Belvedere of Capo Vaticano with breathtaking views over the crystal clear waters, the strait of Messina and the Aeolian islands.

DAY 2 (Monday)
After breakfast you have time to relax at one of the beautiful beaches or you explore Tropea by your own.
Lunch at your leisure.
In the early afternoon we will start our Walking-Tour through Tropea and discover the narrow streets of the historical center.
We finish the tour in a historical building just in front of the cathedral:
Our chef is wating for us and the hands-on cooking class will start. Today you learn how to make original calabrian Fileja and Cavatelli with two different kinds of sauces. Buon Apetito!
DAY 4 (Wednesday)
After breakfast you have time to relax, go shopping or enjoying the sun and the white sandy beach.
In the early afternoon we wil discover the countryside. Just a 10 minuets drive to Tropea will bring us to the rural Calabria where we are guests on a herbal farm. Lorenzo will explain with passion all about his organic cultivation of kitchen and medical herbs. Smell the perfume and dive into a unspoiled, breathtaking landscape.
After a short stroll through olive groves and vineyards (optional) we reach our second destination:
With a breathtaking view of the sea and the Aeolian Islands, we are given the unique experience of being welcomed in a small, family-run winery.
Our visit includes a leisurely and informative stroll through an organic vineyard. The estate’s white, rosé and red wine bottles are then opened for us and tasted on a breathtaking panoramic spot or directly in the winery (depends on the weather conditions).
After the wine tasting with a rich buffet of culinary delights we will return to Tropea.
DAY 6 (Friday)
Today we will return to the countryside in the outdoor kitchen of Anna.
The ultimate garden-to-table experience in the hillside of Tropea: We will harvest local products in the vegetable garden. Surrounded by unspoiled nature we enjoy the cooking class, sip on the fantastic organic wine while preparing the delicious unforgettable meal.
DAY 7 (Saturday)
After breakfast we will go for a tour on the farmers market of Tropea. In the afternoon you`ll have time for shopping or relaxing at the beach.

We`ll meet in the evening in very nice restaurant in the center of Tropea and enjoy together a 4 course farewell dinner with eccellent Calabrian wines.
DAY 8 (Sunday)
Breakfast and check-out, Transfer to the Airport or train station.
